Nottingham Shilohs and Keystone Shilohs, in conjunction with Stall Europa, of Virginia is excited to announce the pairing of Ember and Quinn. Our expectations for the puppies from this pairing include suitability to excel at conformation, breeding, working and most certainly as loyal companions. We anticipate these puppies to excel at almost any activity an owner would want to pursue, from obedience to therapy work and also expect them to have medium-soft to medium temperaments. These puppies will come from excellent blood lines as this litter combines pure old Shiloh lines via Quinn with the new blood of both Orbit and Artus via Ember. We anticipate healthy plush coated Shilohs with big bone structure, nice broad heads, great height, nice movement and a willingness to please. Pigment on these puppies should be exceptional. All health testing has been done and both parent dogs have passed with above average scores. Keystone’s Scarlet’s Ember is a beautiful plush golden sable with rich pigmentation. She is a 3rd generation double new blood, with Orbit from Keystones Jasper Jax O'Zion and Artus from Jersey's Midnight Run ODS Zion. Ember is big boned, has been blessed with a gorgeous broad head including great stop, and exhibits beautiful movement. To say Em has an exuberant personality is an understatement; this girl loves life and is willing to please. Ember is the perfect combination of Artus, Orbit and old line Shiloh. She inherits her stamina and heavy bone from the Artus lines, brings size from the Orbit lines and her intelligence and loyal nature from the old Shiloh lines behind her. This is her first breeding. Sunstar's Mighty Quinn von Europa is the epitome of what a Shiloh Shepherd should be. He is a beautiful bi-black and silver plush coated Shiloh with incredible size, bone, a nice big broad head and great pigment. Quinn is a true gentle giant with impeccable bloodlines including Trinka/Shep, Mistie/Laz and Tessa/Bear, all in the third generation behind him. His stature and look resemble his grandmother Luna and her brothers Phantom and Simon. Quinn has inherited his father Elvis’ laid back personality and wants nothing more than to be with his people. Nottigham, Nottingham Shilohs At KeyStone Shilohs, our objective is to produce a well-adjusted, properly socialized, quality canine companion, for all of life’s adventures including confirmation, obedience, herding and therapy. We are incorporating the “Super Dog” program into all of our pups. You can read more about how to “Develop High Achievers” here . Our dogs are kept “underfoot”, never kenneled and are always treated like the valuable family members they are – we treasure them all. We are active members of our dog club, the ISSDC (International Shiloh Shepherd Dog Club) and encourage our puppy families to come and join in the fun. Our website is kept up to date with current and planned litters. The puppies are whelped in our home and stay with us for about 8 weeks of age. They are acclimated to a wide variety of noises and activity such as telephone, television, children, visitors, radio, vacuum cleaner etc. They will also spend lots of time with us outside on good weather days to acclimate to the grass, car/truck noises and all the different smells. Our puppies are socialized and introduced to as many different environments as possible in the few short weeks we have them. Once the puppies are whelped, a link will be provided for the puppy page created for that litter. There will be lots of group and individual photos. As the pups grow, their personalities begin to emerge. We list these individual traits under each pup as we observe them. I try to update the site weekly, but request your patience as the puppies will keep me quite busy. Visitors to see the pups are always welcome, but please by appointment only. You may be asked to wash your shoes on arrival if the pups have not had all their vaccinations prior to your visit.
